This includes information you provide when you register to use our Website or create an Account, purchase Credits, respond to Quote Request, respond to feedback posted about you by Customers and when you report a problem with our Website. The information you give us may include (but is not limited to) your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, payment information, reviews and opinions.
1.1.1 IMG collects personal data when you create an Account on the Website. This may include your full name, email address, business service and location. Where this information is not provided, we may be unable to deliver the Services or perform our contractual obligations.
1.1.2 Upon registration, IMG may collect the following categories of personal data:
1.1.2.1 Your name, residential address, email address, telephone number, and other contact details;
1.1.2.2 Your date of birth and gender;
1.1.2.3 Your location and the location in which you wish to receive Quote Requests; and
1.1.2.4 Your occupation, work history, résumé, qualifications, education, task preferences, earning preferences, skills, interests, and other details relevant to assessing your suitability for tasks.
1.1.2.5 Card payment details
1.1.3 You may choose to upload a profile photograph to be associated with your Website Account.
1.1.4 You are responsible for updating your Account to ensure that your personal details remain complete, accurate, and current.
1.1.5 To enhance our existing Services, develop new features, and provide targeted marketing communications, IMG collects information regarding your use of the Services. This may include transactions you undertake, review ratings, bids submitted, comments posted, and interactions with Service Professionals.
1.2Information we collect automatically when you use the Services
1.2.1 IMG may also automatically collect and record information from your internet browser and device, including through cookies and similar technologies. Such data may include:
1.2.1.1 Technical details, including connection and computer information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Services, referral URLs, IP address, unique device identifiers, browsing history, and server log information; and
1.2.1.2 Information about your usage of the Services, including dates and times of access, specific areas or pages visited, duration of visits, frequency of return visits, clickstream data, and records of emails opened, forwarded, or clicked through to the Services.
1.2.2 Where you use an IMG service that relies on location data and provide permission, we will collect and process your precise location (for example, via GPS signals transmitted by your device). Such location data may be collected while the app is active in the foreground, running in the background, or closed. We may also use multiple technologies to verify location.
1.2.3 We may infer general location information from your use of the Services, for example by analysing your IP address to determine your approximate geographic region.

1.3Information we obtain from other sources
1.3.1 In addition to the data you submit, IMG may receive personal data from third parties. Such sources include affiliate partners, social media platforms connected to your Account (including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other integrations you enable), and identity verification providers.
1.3.2 We may also obtain additional personal data from marketing or data partners and combine it with information already held about you.
1.4Information visible to other users
1.4.1 You are not anonymous to IMG when you log into the Services or when you post content (including tasks, supply items, bids, comments, or reviews) on the Services or in related forums.
1.4.2 When you:
1.4.2.1 Use the Services respond to a Quote Request, respond to a Customer communication, or provide feedback on other users; or
1.4.2.2 Communicate publicly through the Services,
Your Account and all content you post will be visible and searchable by IMG, other users, and members of the general public through the internet.
1.4.3 You should exercise caution and discretion when posting content and carefully consider what information to disclose and how you identify yourself on the Services.
1.4.4 IMG does not monitor, control, or accept any responsibility or liability for the disclosure or use of personal data that you voluntarily post in publicly accessible areas of the Services.
2. Use of Your Personal Information
2.1Purposes for which IMG may process your data
2.1.1 Information you provide directly to us
We will use personal data you submit to:
2.1.1.1 Fulfil our obligations arising from the Quote Requests you respond to and provide any information you request, which may include disclosing your information to Customer so they may contact you.
2.1.1.2 Provide you with information relating to our Services, including but not limited to matters connected with responding to Quote Requests on the Website.
2.1.1.3 Deliver information, on behalf of third parties, regarding goods or services which we reasonably believe may be of interest to you. Such communications will only be made by electronic means (including email or SMS) and only where you have consented. You may withdraw such consent by notifying us by email or by adjusting your account settings after registration.
2.1.1.4 Verify the identity of Users and authenticate access to the Services.
2.1.1.5 Notify you of updates or changes to our Services.
2.1.1.6 Ensure content on the Website is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your device.
2.1.2Information we collect automatically about you
We will use data collected automatically in order to:
2.1.2.1 Administer the Website and support internal functions, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical compilation, and survey activities.
2.1.2.2 Improve and optimise the Website to ensure content is delivered effectively to you and your device.

Please note all our calls may be recorded for training purposes and to monitor customer service and regulatory compliance. We may also share such recordings with our Service Professionals for service and regulatory monitoring and you consent to such sharing by using the Website, submitting any form on the Website, submitting a Quote Request or submitting your details through any social media or other online advertising channel.
